Creamed honey is whipped, spun or churned raw honey.  Creamed honey is lighter in colour and has a buttery texture, but doesn't consist of any actual butter. Great on toast, sweet treats like muffins, or even great to enjoy by itself!

Storage
It is recommended that creamed honey be stored in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and heat sources to prevent it from splitting or separating, change of texture and appearance.
